The ModuLoader Pocket Shield was conceived by Chris Fry, owner of MDTS Training, and was co-developed with, and manufactured by Raven Concealment Systems.
The Pocket Shield is a flexible, modular platform which allows an individual to securely and discreetly carry a small defensive implement (such as a firearm, pistol magazine, fixed-blade or folding knife, flashlight, canister of pepper spray, expandable baton or other impact weapon, multi-tool, etc) inside the front pocket of jeans or dress pants without visible pocket clips or printing.
The Pocket Shield is shaped to ride comfortably in the front pocket of most pants, and provides consistent orientation within the pocket to facilitate quick-access and deployment of an individual’s light or weapon. The platform is made from flexible, high-strength polymer that conforms to the shape of the user’s body for all-day carry comfort; yet it is rigid enough to remain anchored securely inside the pocket during strenuous movement or weapon deployment.
The unique mounting slots on the Pocket Shield allow users to attach nearly any small knife sheath or pocket holster to the platform at a wide range of angles. It can even be trimmed by the user to facilitate achieving a full fighting grip on the weapon or to fit in smaller pockets.
The Pocket Shield not only provides a stable platform – it masks the profile of whatever is attached to it. This is especially important for those who must wear dress pants or other garments made with thin, clingy material.
Prototypes and pre-production units of the ModuLoader Pocket Shield have been tested and fielded both domestically and abroad in a variety of non-permissive environments, with excellent results. This simple tool is a must-have for anyone conducting low-profile/no-profile missions.
Like all RCS products, the ModuLoader Pocket Shield is 100% U.S.-made, and is covered by our unconditional lifetime guarantee.
The ModuLoader Pocket Shield version 2 is the same design as the original, but is made out of a softer material for those who wear slacks or dress pants made from very thin material. These are molded in Coyote Brown so they don't get mixed up with the stiffer Version 1's that people use in jeans and khakis.
This 3-pack of Pocket Shields includes:
(1x) Wolf Grey
(1x) MIL-SPEC Coyote Brown

Great organizational tool for pocket carried EDC items, however, I have issues with the entire apparatus rotating in my pocket. Once the moduloader rotates 90 degrees, my kit is inaccessible. A discreet clip for the pocket would probably solve the issue.

Works great concealing, wish they sold accessories that attached .
The only issue i have had was in a few of my pants the shield would rotate through the day and not stay in position. I think it may be caused by the type of material and pocket shape. Other pants it works great

As a smaller stature individual (5'6") and thin, I was concerned that the full size panel would not fit in my normal wear jeans, or appear bulky. I clipped on a 5.11 pen light, Spyderco knife and a S&W Tactical pen and it concealed all, allowed me to sit at my desk/car, and was very comfortable. Also, all tools were easily deployable. Impressed! Have trained with Chris Fry so am glad to give this a solid rating!

I was very skeptical at first, tried one with a pair of TAG jeans, then tried two pockets with my 5.11 ridgeline pants did a great job hiding bulk and allowing me to attach items to ensure consistent pocket grabs. Have worn two pockets with my suit pants (straight front) works fantastic. Highly recommended for low profile activities and consistently placed pocket items

Many applications and uses--great additions for alternate methods for EDC kit. Since I have gone from field work (utilities and earth tone heavy duty wear) to office work (suit and tie) I've had to discover different ways to carry daily items. Going from developing skills in people to developing budgets does not mean I want to leave all the "tools" at home. You can adapt these items to meet your needs and if you've every improvised anything--you will find these products useful.

The pocket shield is perfect for my needs. Instead of having mags, knife, light, pen, etc...strewn throughout my pockets I have a nice organized package. I set up 2 pockets shields depending on what firearm I am carrying. You can totally customize it to suit you best!
Thanks to my friend Chris with MDTS and Raven for making this great product.

This isn't the first time I've purchased these. The pocket shield sold in three is ther perfect way to get your favorite rigs ready for whatever you're doing that day. It keeps it all together and let's me choose the rig I need. I use different colors for my training rigs and usually use the black for my live gear.

Got one in my pocket as I write this. Its a simple but effective design, works as advertised for knife carry. I haven't had a chance to rig a mag or flashlight carrier as of yet. Pocket shape and depth impacts how well it works. My jeans and about half of my dress pants work well but if the pocket is on the skimpy side, it can be a little problematic. My only downgrade is the price.

Love these pocket shields. Gear stays in one place, no searching for what you want, nobody knows it's there, and you can still use the pocket for everything else. Got a 3 pack for convenience, I just set them up and pick my carry options for the day.

I ordered the pocket shields to further organize gear in the larger pockets of my ScottieVest Alpha jacket. and keep the various items flat and not "printing" in the pocket. Definitely cleans up the profile of the jacket. The Blow Out Kit attachment is still a work in progress as I carry it in either the Alpha jacket or my Scottevest Travel vest.
